Q4: What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within the Northwest Area. For orders outside this range, please reach out to us so we can discuss possible arrangements, such as Uber Courier delivery.

Q6: Do you offer shipping for all products?

Currently, we only offer shipping for our delicious Chin Chin. We’re actively working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer more items soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Shipping times vary based on location. For Canada, standard shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days. For the United States, it ranges from 5-10 business days. International shipping may also take 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Q8: What is your return policy ?

Because our products are perishable and for the safety of all of our customers, all food sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.

We're excited to share that soon we’ll be offering customizable combo boxes with a variety of options for you to enjoy, specially tailored for small events and gatherings. We’re working on making this available, so stay tuned for more updates!
